When are Homeowners Association/Board Meetings?Board Meetings are typically held the first Monday of each month via zoom. Board meetings will be announced as events on the website.

How do I submit an ARB Form?Click on the ARB tab in the homeowner menu. From there, fill out the form on the page. You can also download a copy of the form, and email it to the ARB Board.

How long in advance do I need to submit an ARB form?Please allow up to weeks for review of your ARB form.

What types of renovations do I need an approval for?All exterior improvements or renovations require approval from the ARB.

What does ARB stand for and why do we need an ARB?ARB stands for Architectural Review Board. Our community declarations requires the Board or Directors of the Association to appoint an Architectural Review Board consisting of three or more persons. The ARB regulates the external design, appearance, use, location, and maintenance of the properties and of improvements thereon to preserve and enhance property values.

Why did my ARB form not get approved?The reasons for rejection of an ARB application vary. However, the most common reason is submittal of an incomplete application. Please note that many exterior improvement require County permits. Improvements that do not seek County permits when required will not be approved by the ARB.

When are Homeowner Association fees due, and how do I pay my fees?Homeowner Association fees are due on December 31st of each year. You can pay them by cash, check, or via Zelle.

Where can I find a copy of what the fees are spent on each year?A financial statement is included with each newsletter. A detailed list of expenses can be provided upon request.
